£ National Minimum Wage + excellent training and support
£18,525 per annum + 23 days annual leave + 8 Bank holidays

A good level of numeracy, literacy and of IT proficiency. A minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C and above, or equivalent. Have some experience of working within an office environment or just have the ambition to start. Be enthusiastic to learn and committed to the journey. Be attentive, receptive to training and able to adapt quickly to the demands of the role. Be a strong communicator with the ability to work within a team environment.
Trainee Accounts Assistant:
Working within an established team, you will have the advantage of their skills and experience. You will be trained, mentored and supported to undertake administrative duties within the accounts division.
Uploading payments / Posting charges / Processing payments / Reconciling accounts / Handling customer queries via telephone and email / Ad hoc Accounts duties as and when required.
Trainee Customer Support Executive
Working within a team environment, you will provide a friendly, efficient and informative service to customers via the telephone. You will be a confident communicator who thrives within a service delivery environment. You will respond to questions and queries in a timely manner, ensuring the highest standards of customer service at all times.
Responding to customer requests for information / Providing quotes in respect to services / Following up on web / email based enquiries / Converting incoming enquiries into confirmed instructions / Utilising an internal case management system / Maintaining accurate call records / Sending out ‘welcome packs.’
