Flexibility and a can-do attitude are essential. You will be reporting to Rhys Jenkins, the tenant farmer and Catherine Taylor, General Manager.

Tasks will include:

Fencing

Rogueing crops

Hand harvesting plants whose seeds are unsuitable for mechanical harvesting.

Woodland work such as coppicing and felling.

Livestock handling.

Mechanical harvesting.

Track mowing and maintenance.

Riverbank maintenance.

There will be other reasonable tasks as the role develops.

This is a part-time position. Hours are negotiable for the right person. The wage is competitive and depends on age and experience.
