Apprenticeship  
  • Help in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes

  • Place orders in a timely manner

  • Monitoring portion and waste control

  • Ability to learn and take direction for our Head Chef

  • Monitor and ensure food quality. Making sure Health & Safety standards are being adhered at all times

Qualifications Required:
  • Level 1 food Hygiene/ cookery course
